Forza Osaka Kitahama provided a fantastic experience during my business trip. The room was well-sized and featured a nice bath tub, which added an extra layer of comfort. I appreciated the great tea and coffee amenities, and the breakfast buffet offered an impressive variety. The hotel's proximity to subway lines facilitated easy access to major business districts, making my commute seamless.
The only drawback was the slow lifts, which could be inconvenient during busy hours.

Laundry room needs an update!!! 3-hour dryer session was a waste of time. Waiting for the lift took forever—two lifts for a large hotel isn’t sufficient!!! Better signage for metro entrances would be helpful!!!

I wished the bed could have been softer.

The compact room had smart use of space, fitting four of us comfortably with a separate toilet and bathroom. I loved the massage cushions. they were an unexpected treat after long days exploring Osaka. Breakfast options impressed, offering a variety that kept us fueled for our adventures. The hotel location made it easy to access major attractions like Dotonbori and Osaka Castle. However, I faced a significant inconvenience with the cleaning policy. My room wasn't cleaned during my stay unless the sign was displayed outside, which I found quite frustrating since it led to dust buildup. A more proactive cleaning approach would enhance the experience greatly. Additionally, the air conditioning had issues. I struggled with a hot room due to the central air system. Opening windows was my only option, but it led to some street noise interrupting sleep. I'd recommend the hotel for its location and amenities, but improvements on cleaning service and room climate control are necessary.

Unexpected comfort in cozy spaces
During my stay, I was truly impressed by the hotel's attention to detail, from the comfortable beds to the thoughtful inclusion of toiletries. The coffee machine in the lobby was a delightful surprise that kept me energized throughout the day.
However, the lack of daily complimentary bottled water and the somewhat dusty floor underneath the bed were minor inconveniences. Additionally, navigating the surrounding one-way streets made finding the hotel a little tricky for my taxi driver.

We had a really nice stay! The room was super comfy and had some cool extras like a massage showerhead. Breakfast was a highlight for sure! Lots of variety, way better than I expected. A bit of a trek to the shopping areas though, just something to think about if you wanna shop a lot.
